On the complete cancellation of the license for conducting business activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the application of an individual — entrepreneur KUZNETSOV V. IN.

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license to carry out economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 04, 2018 No. 465 and from February 12, 2019 No. 103 to an individual - entrepreneur VITALY VOLODYMYROVICH KUZNETSOV, residing at the address: Rokosovskogo street, house 16, apartment 68, Chernihiv city, 14032, registration number of the credit card taxpayer and other mandatory payments 2532021516.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
