On leaving an application for obtaining licenses for the conduct of security activities without consideration

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for a license to conduct security activities by the limited liability companies “PSHR TIGR-3” and “PHOENIX SECURITY GROUPS”.

Based on the results of consideration of applications, it is established that there are grounds for leaving them without consideration.

Thus, in accordance with paragraph 6 of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 960 of November 18, 2015 (hereinafter — License Conditions), the company “PSHR TIGR-3” provided a copy of the certificate of passage by a specialist in organizing events to the application for obtaining a license protection of preventive drug examination, which expired on February 26, 2021.

The company “PHOENIX SECURITY GROUPS” did not confirm the compliance of the specialist in the organization of protection measures with the qualification requirements specified in paragraph 14 of the License Conditions, namely did not provide a copy of the document on obtaining higher education.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing a copy of the current document on the passage of periodic preventive narcological examination and a copy of the document on higher education of specialists in the organization of protection measures.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with paragraph 1 of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration:

application dated February 18, 2021 № 125-2021 OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “PSHR TIGR-3” (location: Iasskaya Street, house 13, Chernivtsi city, 58005, identification code 43981000) about obtaining a license to conduct security activities;

application dated February 25, 2021 № 140-2021 OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “PHOENIX SECURITY GROUPS” (location: Novokostiantynivska Street, house 1A, Kyiv city, 04080, identification code 43869971) about obtaining a license to conduct security activities.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day decision on the next day.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
