THE ORDER

On the issuance of a license and the narrowing of the conduct of the type of economic activity

In accordance with Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” (hereinafter — the Law), a one-time fee in the amount of one subsistence minimum is charged for issuing a license, based on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, which is valid on the day of the decision to issue a license. The fee for issuing a license is paid by the licensee no later than ten working days from the date of publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the decision to issue a license.

Licensees confirm the payment of the fee for issuing a license by submitting to the Ministry of Internal Affairs the relevant document, which is a copy of the receipt issued by the bank, a copy of the payment order with the bank's mark, a receipt from the payment terminal, a receipt (check) issued by the post office of communication. Non-payment of the fee for issuing a license in accordance with paragraph 10 of part two of Article 16 of the Law is the basis for deciding to cancel the license.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with Article 6, Part Eight of Article 15 of the Law and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. To issue to the NATURAL PERSON — ENTREPRENEUR ONUFRI BOHDAN MYKHAILOVICH (place of residence: Ostrovskoho street, house 17, urban village Teresva, Tyachiv district, Transcarpathian region, 90564; registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2533121951) a license for conducting business activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment, charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity at the address: Gorkogo street, house 25, urban village Teresva, Tyachiv district, Transcarpathian region.

2. Narrow the proceedings of the limited liability company “FIRMA “KATANA” (Richnyi lane, building 6, Pyrohivka village, Shostkinsky district, Sumy region, 41123, identification code 32054434) type of economic activity for repairing non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed over 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, carried out at the address: Svobody Street (Karla Marksa), house 51, Shostka city, Sumy region, to the type of activity with trade in non-military firearms purpose, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

In the production facility at the address: Sadovyi Boulevard, house, 36, city of Shostka, Sumy region, economic activities for the production of ammunition for non-military firearms are carried out in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of May 30, 2017 No. 454.

3. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
