On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of the type of business

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the application of an individual — entrepreneur YASHKINA TETIANA MIKHAILOVNA

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the licenses of the AE series No. 299502 for the conduct of economic activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and the speed of the bullet flight of more than 100 meters per second; series AE No. 299503 — for sale special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 26, 2015 No. 768 to an individual — entrepreneur YASHKINI TATYANI MIKHAILOVNI (place of residence: Naberezhna Street, house 62, city of Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv region, 55200, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 3063718601).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
