On the cancellation of the license completely for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of July 03, 2020 No. 24/3-541 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority, drawn up due to the absence of the licensee at the location of the person, the authorized person represent the interests of the licensee at the time of the inspection,

I ORDER:

1. To cancel completely the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated August 02, 2017 No. 675 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY” (identification code 41462920; location of the licensee: ul. Mechnikova, 16, office 211, m. Kyiv, 01021).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order
