On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of LLC “SURP BASTION”

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the licenses of the AG series No. 578076 for the conduct of economic activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, series AG No. 578077 — for special sale devices charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 29, 2011 No. 370 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY” SURP BASTION” (identification code 21638528; location: Simon Petlyury Street, 28, Kyiv city, 01032).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
