In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by the NATURAL PERSON — ENTREPRENEUR RESHETNIKOV SERGEY SERGIYOVICH (place of residence: Pischanska street, house 108, Melitopol city, Zaporizhia region, 72382, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 3146610852), note the store at the address: Shevchenko Street, house 175/23, Nikopol city, Dnipropetrovsk region, is the place of economic activity with trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

2. According to the information submitted by the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “EUROPE ARM SPORT” (identification code 30307697; location: Degtyarivska street, house 39, Kyiv city, 03113), note the store at the address: Mykoly Bazhana Avenue, building 1-E, Kyiv city, — place of business activity in trade firearms of non-military use, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with substances lacrimation and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.

3. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

4th. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
