On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of the type of economic activity of LLC “
VESTA RIELTI”

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, on the basis of the act of August 04, 2020 No. 24/2-673 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license to conduct a type of economic activity for the production of non-military firearms, ammunition for non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms and ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and speed the flight of a bullet over 100 meters per second, the sale of special devices charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of the Interior cases of Ukraine dated December 06, 2017 № 996 VESTA REALTY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (identification code 34348354, location: str. Vikentiia Hvoiky, 21, m. Kyiv, 04080).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day decision on the next day.

3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the head of the Licensing Department, V. Kamyshanov.
