On Amendments to the Structure of the Apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

In accordance with the second part of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Central Executive Authorities”, paragraph 14 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 28, 2015 No. 878 (as amended),

I ORDER:

1. To add to the Structure of the Apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 06, 2015 No. 1389 (as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 921 of November 13, 2017, as amended), the following changes:

(1) after paragraph 13, add the following with a new paragraph 14:

“14. Department of Health and Rehabilitation.”.

In that regard, paragraphs 14 to 31 shall be regarded as paragraphs 15 to 32, respectively;

2) paragraph 17 (“Department of Health and Rehabilitation”) shall be excluded.

In that regard, paragraphs 18 to 32 shall be regarded as paragraphs 17 to 31, respectively.

2. State Secretary Tahtai O. V., Department of Personnel, Organization of Educational and Scientific Activities (Doskevych G. O.), Department of Health and Rehabilitation (Korobka V. I.) ensure that appropriate changes are made to the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. I reserve control over the execution of this order.
