About the complete cancellation of the license

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the director of the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL AGENCY “CHANCE” about the cancellation of its own license

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license of AB series No. 540648 for the provision of services related to the protection of state and other property, the provision of services for the protection of citizens, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of October 25, 2010 No. 510 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “CHANCE” (location: Shcherbakova street, building 53, Kyiv city, 04111; identification code 37146896).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
