On the resumption of the validity of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the seventh part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and in connection with the payment of fees by licensees for the issuance of a license

I ORDER:

1. Restore the validity of the license for the conduct of security activities:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “ASTRUM-BR2" (identification code 44392049; location: Metalurhiv street, house 51, Brovary city, Kyiv region, 07400), stopped in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 08, 2021 № 665;

NATURAL PERSON — ENTREPRENEUR JEZHELON ALEXANDER MYKOLAIOVICH (place of residence: Moskovskaya Street (Pecherskyi district), building 45/1, building 26, apartment 3, Kyiv city, 01015; registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2142020351), stopped in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs cases of Ukraine dated September 17, 2021 № 684.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
