In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Economic Activities” and statements of the directors of ZHYTOMYR HUNTING — FISHING PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE ZHYTOMYR REGIONAL ORGANIZATION OF UTMR AND DNIPROPETROVSK HUNTING — FISHING PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE OF THE UKRAINIAN SOCIETY OF HUNTERS AND FISHERMEN

I ORDER:

1. Cancel:

AG series license No. 578111 for the conduct of economic activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second and a license of the AG series No. 578112 — for sale special means charged with substances of tearing and irritating action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 17.08.2011 № 632 ZHYTOMYR HUNTING — FISHING PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE ZHYTOMYR REGIONAL ORGANIZATIONS OF UTMR (location: Moskovskaya Street, house 42, Zhytomyr, 10029, identification code 13553953);

AB series license No. 446180 for conducting business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed over 100 meters per second and license of AB series No. 446183 — for sale special means charged with substances of tearing and irritating action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 31.10.2010 № 94 DNIPROPETROVSKY HUNTING — FISHING PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE OF UKRAINIAN SOCIETY HUNTERS AND FISHERMEN (location: Komsomolskaya street, house 31, Dnipropetrovsk city, 49000, identification code 05578353).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
