About the complete cancellation of licenses

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and statements of the Director of Private Enterprises “SAKURA M 3”, “SAKURA M 4” and “SAKURA M 5” about the cancellation of their own licenses

I ORDER:

1. Cancel completely:

license for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated May 22, 2013 No. 495 to the private enterprise “SAKURA M 3" (location: 5 Olevska Street, square 264, Kyiv city, 03164; identification code 34999819);

license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated May 22, 2013 No. 495 to the private enterprise “SAKURA M 4” (location: 5 Olevska Street, square 264, Kyiv city, 03164; identification code 34999735);

license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated May 22, 2013 No. 495 to the private enterprise “SAKURA M 5" (location: 5 Olevska Street, sq. 264, Kyiv city, 03164; identification code 34999728).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
