ORDER

On the approval of the Procedure for electronic information interaction of the State Bureau of Investigations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the central executive bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

In accordance with paragraphs 8, 16 of part of the first article 12, part of the third article 22 of the Law of Ukraine “On the State Bureau of Investigations”, parts of the first article 5, parts of the first article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On operational and investigative activities”, subparagraph 18 of paragraph 4, paragraph 8 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, Regulation on the Unified Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2018 No. 1024, with the purpose of ensuring electronic information interaction of the State Bureau of Investigation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the central executive bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine,

WE ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for electronic information interaction of the State Bureau of Investigation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the central executive bodies, the activities of which are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, attached.

2. To recognize as invalid the order of the State Bureau of Investigation, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 25, 2020 No. 45/176 “On Approval of the Procedure for Electronic Information Interaction of the State Bureau of Investigations and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”.

3. The Public and Media Department of the State Bureau of Investigation (Slobodyan O.), the Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Shevchenko A.) publish this order on the official websites of the State Bureau of Investigation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, respectively.
