On the cancellation of the license completely for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 10 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of June 04, 2020 No. 24/3-434 on the non-provision by the licensing authority of documents, information on the subject of verification at the written request of the officials of the licensing body during the inspection

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities, issued on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 07, 2012 № 1127 TO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY GROUP “FORT-3" (identification code 38365761; location: Bogdan Khmelnytskoho street, house 16-22, office 325, Kyiv, 01601).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
