On the cancellation of licenses in full for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the acts of June 04, 2020 No. 24/3-431, No. 24/3-432, No. 24/3-433 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority, drawn up due to the absence of his location the licensee of the person authorized to represent the interests of the licensee at the time of the inspection,

I ORDER:

1. To cancel licenses in full for the conduct of security activities:

PROFOHORONA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (identification code 41304714; location: Kurenivska Street, building 2-B, Kyiv city, 04073), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 29.05.2017 № 448;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY GROUP “KYIV-CENTER” (identification code 41779408; location: Kurenivska Street, building 2-B, Kyiv city, 04073), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 22.12.2017 № 1056;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “DV-SECURITY” (identification code 37140213; location: Kurenivska Street, building 2-B, Kyiv city, 04073), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 25.10.2010 No. 510.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
