On the complete cessation of the validity of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. To completely stop the license for the conduct of security activities for a period of two months:

NATURAL PERSON — ROMANCHUK ENTREPRENEUR FEDOR STANISLAVOVICH (place of residence: Shepeleva Street, house 9, apartment 3, Kyiv city, 03061, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2399204597), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 06.08.2019 № 647;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “FALCON GUARD 2019" (identification code 43054824; location: Lesia Ukrainka Avenue, house 61 A, Kremenchuk city, Poltava region, 39600), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 06.08.2019 № 647.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
