On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 2 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, on the basis of the acts of November 30, 2020 No. 24/2-972, No. 24/2-973 on the non-elimination of the grounds by the licensee during the period of full or partial suspension of the license, which became the reason for its complete or partial suspension,

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “GLOT” (identification code 43702391; location: Hetman Mazepa Street, building 2, Lviv city, 79068), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 03, 2020 No. 647;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY COMPANY “ALBATROS” (identification code 43695725; location: Petro Kalnyshevskogo Avenue, house 34, Dnipro city, 49000), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 03, 2020 No. 647.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Administration (Mayboroda V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
