On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of 28.02.2020 No. 24/3-201 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 30.12.2015 No. 1649 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “HERMES SECURITY” (identification code 40135622; location of the licensee: Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard, 8-A, Kyiv city, 01103).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order
