In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “PHOBOS” (Velyka Berdychivska street, building 13, Zhytomyr city, 10014, identification code 32313503), check the store at the address: street Kantemirivska, house 10, selo Staryi Lyubar, Lyubarsky district, Zhytomyr region, — place conducting economic activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special vehicles loaded substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
