On the issuance of licenses for the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” (hereinafter — the Law), a one-time fee in the amount of one subsistence minimum is charged for issuing a license, based on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, which is valid on the day of the decision to issue a license. The fee for issuing a license is made by the licensee no later than ten working days from the date of making a record of the decision to issue a license in the license register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Licensees confirm the payment of the fee for issuing a license by submitting to the Ministry of Internal Affairs the relevant document, which is a copy of the receipt issued by the bank, a copy of the payment order with the bank's mark, a receipt from the payment terminal, a receipt (check) issued by the post office of communication. Non-payment of the fee for issuing a license in accordance with paragraph 10 of part two of Article 16 of the Law is the basis for deciding to cancel the license.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with Article 6 of the Law and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “KYIV SHIELD” (location: Ivan Proskury Street, house 11, Ivankiv urban-type settlement, Kyiv region, 07201, identification code 40414000) license to carry out business activities for repair of non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and speed the flight of a bullet over 100 meters per second; sale of special devices charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “TRUST IMPERIAL CONTINENTAL” (location: Henerala Petrova Street, 22 A, Odessa city, 65078, identification code 37421678) license for conducting business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

Place of activity: Pyvovarna street, house 5, urban village Tairovo, Odessa region. 2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
