On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and statements of directors of limited liability companies “SECURITY SERVICE “ALPHA” and “ALFA — GROUP SECURITY”

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated April 17, 2019 No. 291:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY SERVICE “ALPHA” (location: Nikolskaya street, house 61/11, Mykolaiv city, 54001; identification code 42829744);

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “ALPHA — GROUP SECURITY” (location: Potemkinska street, 13/5, office 20, Mykolaiv city, 54030; identification code 42796625).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
