On the restoration of the validity of the license completely for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the seventh part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and in connection with the issuance of a license fee by the licensee

I ORDER:

1. Restore the validity of the license in full for the conduct of security activities:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY AND SECURITY SERVICE” (identification code 43644213; location: Zamhlayske highway, house 2, urban-type settlement Zamhlai, Ripkin district, Chernihiv region, 15005), stopped in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 26, 2020 year number 759;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY DETECTIVE — SECURITY AGENCY “ARKAN — SICH” (identification code 43736881; location: Zhasminova Street, building 5, Lviv city, 79035), stopped in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 09, 2020 No. 789.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
