On the cancellation of licenses for conducting business activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of the NGO “STRYLETSKO-SPORT CLUB “STARHUNTER”

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 292942 for the conduct of economic activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and the speed of the bullet flight of more than 100 meters per second and the license of the AE series No. 292943 — on the sale of special means charged with substances of tearing and irritating action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 11, 2014 No. 932 to the NGO “STRILETSKO- SPORTS CLUB “STARHUNTER” (Staronavodnytska Street, building 13-B, Kyiv city, 01015, identification code 39214028).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
