On the cancellation of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 15.04.2019 No. 280 in terms of the cancellation of the license of LLC “INTERNATIONAL DETECTIVE AGENCY “SOKIL”

In execution of the decision of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv dated August 21, 2019, left unchanged by the decision of the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal of the City of Kyiv dated October 29, 2019, in case No. 640/6932/19 on the claim of the limited liability company “INTERNATIONAL DETECTIVE AGENCY “SOKIL” against the SOKIL Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the cancellation of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 15.04.2019 № 280 “On the cancellation of licenses for the conduct of security activities” in terms of the cancellation of the license to the company for the conduct of security activities

I ORDER:

1. Cancel paragraph 1 of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 15.04.2019 No. 280 in part of the cancellation of the license to conduct security activities of the LLC “INTERNATIONAL DETECTIVE AGENCY “SOKIL” (identification code 42485581; location: Parkova doroga street, house 16 A, Kyiv city, 04070), edition in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of January 30, 2019 No. 71.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
