On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 2 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, on the basis of the acts of January 27, 2021 No. 24/2-13, 24/2-14 on the non-elimination by the licensee during the period of full or partial suspension of the license of the grounds that became the reason for its complete or partial suspension,

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY COMPANY GARANT GROUP” (identification code 43890909; location: Almatynska street, house 8, office 310, Kyiv city, 02090), stopped in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 21, 2020 № 879;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “TRANSLOLOGY” (identification code 39553918; location: Zgurovska Street, house 20/46, Kyiv, 03138), stopped in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 21, 2020 No. 879.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
