On the complete cessation of the validity of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of part two of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with non-payment for issuance in accordance with part two of Article 14 of this Law

I ORDER:

1. To completely stop the validity of the license for the conduct of security activities for a period of two months:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “DEOS SECURITY WEST” (identification code 39256541; location: Zelena street, building 238, Lviv city, 79035), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 03, 2020 No. 505;

MILITARY UNIT 3082 OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE (identification code 43391217; location: Malinovskogo Street, 38, Chernihiv city, 14020), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 03, 2020 No. 505.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
