On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of the Limited Liability Company “HUNTING AND SPORTS” on the cancellation of the license in full

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license to conduct economic activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition therefor, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritable action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 09, 2019 № 1030 TO THE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “HUNTING AND SPORTS” (location: Pleshcheeva Street, building 10, Kyiv city, 03045; identification code 40056305).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
