About license revocation

In accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine of March 02, 2015 No. 222-VIII “On Licensing of Economic Activities”

I ORDER:

1. On the basis of the application of the licensee for the cancellation of his own license, cancel the license of the AB No. 597089 series dated 16.11.2011 for conducting business activities for the provision of property and citizen protection services issued to the limited liability company “NEW PROJECT” (identification code 35892131).

2. In connection with the submission of a copy of the death certificate of an individual entrepreneur, the license of the AB No. 592046 series dated 13.07.2011 for conducting business activities for the provision of services for the protection of property and citizens, issued to the natural person-entrepreneur Alexander Nikolayevich Lifarenko (identification number 2360013219), is canceled.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
