In accordance with the Law of Ukraine of March 02, 2015
No. 222-VIII “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue:

1) limited liability company “TAIGAN” (str. Amber, 71, building 1, sq. 97, m. Dnipropetrovsk, 49108, identification code 40018825) — license for conducting business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed over 100 m/s; sale of special equipment, charge substances of lacrimal and irritant action, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity at: ave. Karl Marx, 101-A (residential building of the letter A-3, room number 37, position 2, m. Dnipropetrovsk);

2) to the limited liability company “AITEX GROUP” (lane. Ruby, 32, p. Novooleksandrivka, Dnipropetrovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region, 52070, identification code 36004125) — license for conducting business activities for repairing non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed over 100 m/s, trade non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity at the address: ul. Schorsa, 8, m. Dnipropetrovsk.

2. According to the information submitted by the limited liability company “SAFARI” (st. Serova, 4, room X, m. Dnipropetrovsk, 49000, identification code 24615396), consider the store at the address: ul. Kalinova, 53, building 293, m.
