THE ORDER

On the cancellation of license of LLC “Aska”

In accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. On the basis of the application of the licensee to cancel his own license, cancel the license of the AE series No. 269861, issued by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of September 12, 2015 No. 873 to the limited liability company “ASKA” (ul. Gorkogo, 56, office 310, m. Kyiv, 03680, identification code 16398826) for the conduct of economic activities for the production of special means of active defense.

2. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
