In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Narrow the proceedings of the limited liability company “VESTA RIELTI” (str. Hvoiky, 21, m. Kyiv, 04080, identification code 34348354) type of economic activity on the repair of non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s, carried out in accordance with the license of the AE series No. 292972, issued by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of December 22, 2014 No. 1386, for the type of economic activity in the trade in firearms non-military use, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s.

2. According to the information submitted by the Limited Liability Company “REDUT” (ul. Raskovoi, 21, rooms 907, m. Kyiv, 02660, identification code 38133757), consider the store at the address: ul. Mazepi, 16-18/29, m. Kyiv, 01010, the place of economic activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s, sale of special tools charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
