THE ORDER

On the extension of the conduct of the type of economic activity

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Expand the limited liability company “COMPANY OF WEAPONS” (Maidan of the Protection of Ukraine, 7/8, m. Kharkiv, 61001, identification code 39050593) conducting a type of economic activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense as an additional part, namely the type of economic activity for the production, repair of pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of active defense equipment.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.)
