THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 04.04.2016 No. 245 “On the cancellation of the license”

In accordance with the second part of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine of March 02, 2015 No. 222-VIII “On Licensing of Business Activities”, on the basis of the order of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine dated 01.06.2016 No. 66 “On Elimination of Violations of Legislation in the Field of Licensing”

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 04.04.2016 No. 245 “On the cancellation of the license” regarding the cancellation of the license of 02.03.2011 of the series AG No. 505474 for the provision of services for the protection of property and citizens issued to the limited liability company “BUSINESS SECURITY” (identification code 37389603).

2. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
