THE ORDER

In accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. On the basis of the act of refusal of the licensee to carry out the inspection by the licensing authority, cancel the license of 20.10.2014 of the AE series No. 526627 for the conduct of security activities issued to the limited company “CITY SERVICE COMPANY” (identification code 39204006).

2. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
