THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 1 of part 2 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of applications of licensees about the cancellation of their own license

I ORDER:

1. Cancel:

limited liability company “SB ANIX” (location: ul. Engelsa, 26/2, m. Mariupol, Donetsk region, identification code 38311564) license of the AE series No. 184510 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 19.10.2012 No. 925;

Department of the State Security Service under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kirovohrad Oblast (location: st. Gabdrachmanova, 1, m. Kirovograd, 25013, identification code 08596937) license of the AE series No. 284860 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of December 26, 2013 No. 1270.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

3. The Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.) within three calendar days to notify the licensees of the decision made by sending an extract from the license cancellation order and ensure control over the execution of this order.

4th. This order comes into force from the date of its adoption.
