About license revocation

In order to comply with the requirements of paragraph 1 of part 2 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with the application of LLC “TRADING COMPANY “DASHUKIVSKI BENTONITES” about the cancellation of its own license

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AB series No. 540622, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 491 of October 12, 2010 No. 491, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of October 12, 2010 No. 491, to the limited liability company “TRADING COMPANY “DASHUKOVSKY BENTONITES” (identification code 30146245).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.V.) within three calendar days to notify the licensee of the decision made with the sending of an extract accordingly and ensure control over the execution of this order.

4. This order comes into force from the date of its adoption.
