THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the license and the narrowing of the type of business

In accordance with Articles 15 and 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the application of the limited liability company “UKRAINE DEFENSE ENGINEERING” (str. Marshal Tymoshenko, 18, m. Kyiv, 04210, identification code 38443522) on the cancellation of its own license to cancel the licenses of the AE series No. 642267 for the conduct of economic activities for the sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, series AE No. 293000 on the trade of light non-military weapons, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s, issued by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 16.04.2015 No. 440.

2. Narrow the proceedings by the public joint-stock company “ZAVOD “MAYAK” (ave. Moskovskiy, 8, m. Kyiv, 04073, identification code 14307423) type of economic activity for the production, repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s, which is in accordance with the license of the AE series No. 269982, issued by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of January 17, 2014 No. 32, to the type of activity for the production, repair of non-military firearms.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
