THE ORDER

On the issuance, re-registration of licenses for the conduct of security activities and the cancellation of paragraphs 4, 5 of the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of
10.06.2016 № 496

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine of March 02, 2015 No. 222-VIII “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue a license for the conduct of security activities:

Limited Liability Company “TERMINAL SKV” (identification code 37070981, location: str. Vishneva, 51, m. Dnipropetrovsk, 49021);

limited liability company “SECURITY AGENCY LEGION CR” (identification code 40483802, location: str. Dyshinskogo, 13, m. Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, 50012);

private enterprise “SECURITY SB” (identification code 40349439, location: st. Kanareeva, 1, m. Volnyansk, Zaporozhye region, 70002);

Limited Liability Company “ETALON GARD” (identification code 40502526, location: str. Boryspilska, 6, m. Kiev, 02093);

limited liability company “CIRCLE OF FRIENDS” (identification code 40330083, location: str. Smolenskaya, 31/33, m. Kiev, 03057);

2. To re-issue the license dated July 17, 2012 of the AD series № 032386 for the conduct of security activities to the private enterprise “ASGARD- GUARD” (identification code 32291805, location: st. Kosmichnaya, 119, m. Zaporozhye, 69050) in connection with the change of the name of the legal entity.

3. To invalidate the license dated July 17, 2012 of the AD series No. 032386 for the right to provide services for the protection of property and citizens, issued to the private enterprise “ALFA-LEGION III” (identification code 32291805, location: st. Cherepichna, 36, m. Zaporozhye, 69026), in connection with the re-registration.

4th. Cancel paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of June 10, 2016 No. 496 “On the issuance and re-issuance of licenses for the conduct of security activities” on the renewal of the license to the private enterprise “XX LEGION” due to the fact that the license of this enterprise was canceled by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of May 13, 2014 No. 4 64 due to refusal to carry out an inspection.

5. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
