THE ORDER

On the cancellation of licenses for the conduct of certain types of economic activities

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 4 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with the submission of a copy of the death certificate of an individual - entrepreneur Strelts Sergey Vladimirovich

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 269865 and No. 269866 issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 873 dated September 12, 2013 No. 873, to cancel to an individual - entrepreneur Strelitsa Sergey Vladimirovich (registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2803316672) non-military weapons, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.B.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Administration (Chernyshova O.V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.

4. This order enters into force thirty calendar days from the date of its adoption.
