On the issuance of licenses for the right to conduct certain types of economic activities and the place of conduct of activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue to a limited liability company “Production enterprise “EXACT SYSTEMS” (ul. Suvorova, 19-A, m. Kyiv, 01010, identification code 39758490) license for the conduct of economic activities for the production, repair of non-military firearms, cold weapons. Place of activity at: ul. Melnikova, 2/10, building number 17, III floor, m. Kiev.

2. According to the information submitted by the limited liability company “TACTICAL SYSTEMS” (ul. Olesya Honchara, 42, m. Kyiv, 01054, identification code 34430475), consider the store at the address: ul. Berezova, 2, s. Khodosivka, Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district, Kyiv region, place of economic activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed over 100 m/s; sale of special equipment loaded with pig substances irritating and irritating action, personal protection, active defense.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
