THE ORDER

On the issuance and re-registration of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue a license for the conduct of security activities:

private enterprise “DIVISION-55" (identification code 40500445, location: st. Mechnikova, 98, m. Odessa, 65007);

private enterprise “ZAKHYST VIKING” (identification code 40387585, location: str. Dimitrova, 31-B, 311, m. Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, 50103);

private enterprise “MAXIMUS” (identification code 32727120, location: str. Henerala Petrova, 22-A, m. Odessa, 65073);

to the private enterprise “GAL-PROTECTION” (identification code 40015390, location: st. Technical, 1, office 206, m. Lviv, 79007);

Limited Liability Company “PROFCONTINGENT” (identification code 40544236, location: str. M. Hrushevskogo, 28/2, uninhabited premises 43, Kyiv, 01021);

limited liability company “SECURITY AGENCY “LEADER” (identification code 39127718, location: ave. Reunion, 15/17, office 207, m. Kyiv, 02160);

limited liability company “AB MEGA-LADON” (identification code 39691866, location: str. Mayorova, 7, sq. 354, m. Kiev, 04201);

limited liability company “SATURN 3000” (identification code 40528303, location: str. Yakubovskogo, 2, sq. 9, m. Kyiv, 03191).

2. To re-issue the license dated August 01, 2014 of the AE series No. 292347 for the conduct of security activities to the private joint-stock company “ISRZ” (identification code 32333962, location: st. Kosmonavtov, 59-B, village Malodynske, m. Chornomorsk, Odessa region, 68093), in connection with the change of the name of the legal entity.

3. To invalidate the license dated August 01, 2014 of the AE series No. 292347 for the conduct of security activities, issued to the public joint-stock company “ILLICHIVSKY SHIP REPAIR PLANT” (identification code 32333962, location: st. Kosmonavtov, 59-B, village Malodynske, m. Illichivsk, Odessa region, 68093), in connection with the re-registration.

4. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

5. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.V.) within three working days to inform the license applicant of the decision made and ensure control over the execution of this order.
