In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

2. To re-register a limited liability company “INTERNATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY” (identification code 40012205, location: Pecherskyi uzviz, 19, office 103, m. Kyiv, 01011) license for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 1382 of November 06, 2015, in connection with the change of the name of the legal entity.

3. To invalidate the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 1382 of November 06, 2015 to the limited liability company “SECURITY COMPANY “WARTA” (identification code 40012205, location: ul. Zoologichnaya, 4-A, m. Kyiv, 04119), in connection with the re-registration.

4. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

5. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.V.) within three working days to inform license applicants about the decision made and ensure control over the execution of this order.
