In accordance with the Law of Ukraine of March 02, 2015
No. 222-VIII “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue:

1) the limited liability company “INTERNATIONAL ARMS COMPANY” (ul. Dotsenka, 10, m. Chernihiv, 14032, identification code 39991683) — a license for conducting business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed over 100 m/s; sale of special equipment loaded substances of lacrimal and irritant action, personal protection, active defense;

2) the limited liability company “OBOIMA” (str. Rozkydaylovskaya, 34, m. Odessa, 65020, identification code 40165861) — a license for conducting business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; sale of special equipment loaded with matter tears and irritants, personal protection, active defense.

2. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
