In accordance with the Law of Ukraine of March 02, 2015 No. 222-VIII “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue:

1) to the private enterprise “SNIPER” (str. Perekopskaya, 7, m. Kherson, 73000, identification code 40139171) — a license to carry out economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s;

2) an individual — entrepreneur Taji Vasym Taisirovich, who lives at the address: ave. Peremohy, 17, sq. 212, m. Kyiv, 03055, taxpayer identification card number and other mandatory payments 2898823677, — license for conducting business activities on trade in non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; sale special means charged with substances of tearing and irritating action, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity (shop in which arms, special means are traded) at the address: ul. Pushinoy, 49, m. Kiev.

2. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
