On the issuance and re-registration of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine of March 02, 2015 No. 222-VIII “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue a license for the conduct of security activities:

limited liability company “SHIELD REMOTE” (identification code 40481475, location: lane. Dorozhnyi, 4, m. Lutsk, Volyn region, 43006);

limited liability company “SKIF SECURITY” (identification code 40525742, location: str. Yakira, 13, m. Kiev, 04119);

2. To renew the license dated March 18, 2013 of the AE series No. 262515 for the conduct of security activities to the private enterprise “FOXTROT 13" (identification code 35084110, location: st. Velyka Perspektivna, 17/10, m. Kirovograd, 25006) in connection with the change of the name of the legal entity.

3. To invalidate the license dated March 18, 2013 of the AE series No. 262515 for the right to provide services for the protection of property and citizens, issued to the private enterprise “GURZA SECURITY” (identification code 35084110, location: st. Velyka Perspektivna, 17/10, m. Kirovograd, 25006), in connection with the re-registration.

4. To re-issue the license dated July 13, 2011 of AB series No. 582404 for the conduct of security activities to the private enterprise “XX LEGION” (identification code 32150190, location: st. Berezinskaya, 80, office 307/1, m. Dnipropetrovsk, 49130) in connection with the change of the name of the legal entity.

5. To invalidate the license of July 13, 2011 of the AB series No. 582404 for the right to provide services for the protection of property and citizens, issued to the private enterprise “VITYAZ SB” (identification code 32150190, location: st. Progressive, 1, sq. 1, m. Dnipropetrovsk, 49000), in connection with the re-registration.

6. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
