On the issuance of licenses for the right to conduct certain types of economic activities and the place of conduct of activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue:

1) limited liability company “EVERFORT” (str. Patriotichna, 64-D, m. Zaporizhzhia, 69005, identification code 33210632) — license for conducting business activities for repairing non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed over 100 m/s, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition accessories for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense;

2) to the private enterprise “VILLA MARIA” (str. Levitskogo, 2, s. Zimna Voda, Pustomitivskyi district, Lviv region, 81110, identification code 31300100) — license for conducting business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed over 100 m/s; sale of special means charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity (shop where weapons, ammunition for it, special means are traded) at the address: ul. Bogomoletsa, 15, sq. 1-A, m. Lviv;

3) to the limited liability company “BLACK MARK” (str. Drahomanova, 31-V, sq. 127, m. Kyiv, 02068, identification code 39704651) is a license for conducting economic activities for the production of ammunition for non-military firearms. Place of activity at the address: ul. Drahomanova, 31-V, apartment No. 340, m. Kiev.

2. According to the information submitted by the limited liability company “UKRAINIAN COMPANY “RIS” (str. Herzen, 3, m. Chernivtsi, 58000, identification code 39421250), consider the store at the address: st. Peremohy, 51, m. Zhytomyr, 10003, place of economic activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s, sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritant substances action, personal protection, active defense.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
