THE ORDER

On the issuance and re-registration of licenses for the right to conduct certain types of economic activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. To issue a license for conducting economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms to the public organization “STRILETSKO-SPORTS CLUB “09” (ul. Obukhivske highway — 2, building 2, s. Khodosivka, Kyievo-Sviatoshynskyi district, Kyiv region, 08173, identification code 40078533). Place of activity: st. Berezova, 2, s. Khodosivka, Kyievo-Sviatoshynskyi district, Kyiv oblast.

2. To re-issue a license for conducting business activities for the production of personal protective equipment, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 28.08.2015 No. 1035, to the public joint-stock company “ODESSA MACHINIOBUDNYI ZAVOD” (str. Black Sea Cossacks, 141, m. Odessa, 65013, identification code 00165698) in connection with the change in the name of the legal entity.

3. To invalidate the re-issued license for conducting business activities for the production of personal protective equipment, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 28.08.2015 No. 1035 to the public joint-stock company “ODESSA MACHINE-BUILDING PLANT “RED GUARD” (str. Black Sea Cossacks, 141, m. Odessa, 65013, identification code 00165698).

4. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
