THE ORDER

On the abandonment of applications for the issuance of a license for the conduct of security activities without consideration

In order to comply with the requirements of paragraphs 1 and 2 of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, and in connection with the fact that the application of LLC “SECURITY COMPANY “YASTRUB” on obtaining a license and the documents attached to it are not signed by the license applicant or an authorized person, but the documents of the LLC “PROTECTION COMPANY” COMPANY “LICTOR” attached to the application for obtaining a license is not submitted in full

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application for obtaining a license to conduct security activities:

limited liability company “SECURITY COMPANY “HAWK” (identification code 40507000) dated July 06, 2016 № 54-2016;

limited liability company “SECURITY COMPANY “LICTOR” (identification code 40583317) dated July 06, 2016 № 53-2016.

2. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.V.) about the decision to notify the license applicant within three days and ensure control over the execution of this order.
