About license revocation

To comply with the requirements of paragraph 10 of part 2 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with non-payment for the issuance of a license of LLC “ZHYTO-MYR”

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the limited liability company “ZHYTO-MYR” (identification code 38862225) of the AE series No. 284665 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of November 19, 2013 No. 1123.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.V.) of the decision to notify the license applicant within three days with the sending of the relevant extract and ensure control over the execution of this order.
